Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow
Instructions:
Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal and gently toss until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cherry gelatin powder, dry cheesecake pudding mix, powdered sugar, and salt.
Sprinkle the dry coating mixture over the coated cereal and toss until fully covered.
Add the chopped dried cherries and gently mix again to distribute evenly.
Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set for about 15–20 minutes.
Break apart any clusters once set and serve.
