Crispy and Spicy Chicken Wings

Preparation
Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry, then season them with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Add the cornstarch and mix well, lightly coating each wing.
Heat the oil and fry the wings until they are beautifully golden brown, crispy, and completely cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine the hot sauce, honey, butter, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Place the crispy wings in a large bowl, pour the spicy sauce over them, and toss until they are thoroughly coated.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and a few celery sticks on the side.
Crispy, sticky, sweet, and SPICY!
