Strawberry Eclair Cake
Directions
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping, then stir in diced strawberries. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers, strawberry cream, more crackers, and more cream. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread strawberry pie filling and glaze over the top. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until soft and sliceable.
